Arizona’s Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument is home to the endangered Sonoran pronghorn – the fastest land mammal in the U.S. SCA interns are working to protect them.

SCA crews at California’s Yosemite National Park help record, remove and restore unsanctioned campsites. To the west on the California coast, SCA Urban Green crews in the Bay Area protect watersheds, maintain trails and improve access to outdoor spaces.

The SCA has fielded crews in Grand Teton National Park since 1957. More recently, the SCA has created opportunities for high school students from our Houston and Atlanta Urban Green programs to serve in the Tetons.
