Join SCA Urban Green in Seattle for a paid summer adventure! Since 1984, we’ve transformed the Pacific Northwest by connecting young people with hands-on conservation projects. You’ll work Monday through Friday, July through August, gaining valuable skills and experience in a supportive team environment.

After working with the SCA, program participants emerge with increased environmental awareness, social responsibility, and leadership skills that prepare them for their future.

Get paid to protect Seattle's parks, restore habitats, build trails, and learn about the unique environmental challenges and opportunities of the region. With generous support from public agencies, environmental organizations, and community groups, we provide hands-on experience and career development opportunities for young people in the Seattle area.

Skills & Training

Professional Development

Build a foundation for a rewarding environmental career. Gain practical skills in trail building, habitat restoration, and teamwork.
