Launch Your Conservation Career With Us

The SCA Massachusetts Conservation Corps is a partnership between the Student Conservation Association, the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, the Massachusetts Service Alliance and AmeriCorps.

During the 28-week program, participants will develop competitive technical and interpersonal skills to help jump-start their conservation careers.  Crew members will tackle critical trail, recreation and land management projects in the Bay State with the support of a passionate and inclusive community.

The SCA’s Massachusetts program partners work in a wide range of fields, including natural and cultural resource management, ecology, trails and greenways, conservation biology, interpretive services and forestry. Crew members will have an opportunity to network and learn from these professionals, gaining invaluable experience and laying the groundwork for a career in conservation.
