2011 NJ Green Team Applications!

SCA is gearing up for a great summer in New Jersey this year!

In Hunterdon County, we are planning a fun summer of trail work and team work! We hope to have a few Green Team alumni working as apprentice crew leaders and 20 Green Team members. The dates are June 27th to August 5th.

We are now accepting applications from high school students (ages 15-19) the NJ Greenteam. As an SCA crew member, you will:

• Be a part of a team with other students developing leadership and job readiness skills
• Develop conservation and restoration skills by participating in hands-on projects in Newark or Hunterdon County, NJ, area parks
• Complete valuable work projects in parks to improve the natural and historical resources in local parks. the Newark or Hunterdon County, NJ, regions
• Go on weekly environmental field trips and an overnight camping trip
• Earn an hourly wage
• Have fun!
