Summer Crew Leader Positions, Jacksonville, FL [1]
We are looking for qualified individuals to lead our 2010 Conservation Crew Programs in Jacksonville parks and community settings.
As Crew Leader, you would lead 10 high school students ages 15-18 yrs old for six weeks completing an array of conservation projects in and around Jacksonville. This also includes leading an overnight camping trip and additional environmental education field trips. Qualifications: Experience working with urban youth; ability to maintain a safe productive and enjoyable work environment; strong interest in working with and mentoring youth; outdoor skills; 21yrs or older; valid driver’s license for 3+ years and clean driving record; current First Aid and CPR certifications or ability to obtain.
- Program Dates: June 28-August 6
- Mandatory Training Dates: May 20 – 28 (alternate dates may be available)
- Compensation: $3,150 for six week program
