Associate Legislative Counsel
- major responsibilities include advocacy for, and analysis of, federal legislation and rulemakings regarding clean air, with a particular emphasis on air toxics.
- position requires knowledge of administrative rulemaking and prior administrative or legislative advocacy experience.
- position requires excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills. Ability to work with a team and independently also required. Must be able to handle multiple issues, projects, and deadlines.
- JD and one or more years experience with environmental advocacy or public policy development required.
- Familiarity with the clean air act, media experience, prior experience in and commitment to public interest work are pluses.

- Position requires excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills. Ability to work with a team and independently also required. Must be able to handle multiple issues, projects, and deadlines.
- JD and three or more years experience with environmental advocacy or public policy development required.
- Familiarity with the federal land management laws and NEPA, media experience, prior experience in and commitment to public interest work are pluses.
