Luis Nandlall

Environmental Educator and Interpretive Ranger

You can call me Lucho, es mas suave. I grew up on the streets of Brooklyn, NY (born & raised). Come to think of it I spend much of my time now away from where I started. I went to college in central NY in a small city named Syracuse. I studied at SUNY ESF (Environmental science and Forestry) where I received my wildlife science bachelor degree. I travelled across the United States soon after, working in Michigan, South Dakota and Kentucky. At all time I was a NPS employee working under the code name of SCA intern. I found a calling in interpretation. I especially enjoyed working with children. I look forward to the upcoming activities in our program. It’s a real joy to combine nature and work. It makes for an interesting life.
