Devon Ericksen

Devon is from Ashland, Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia in 2012 with a degree in Anthropology and a minor in Global Sustainability. Since college she has worked as a cattle farmhand and gardener in Beaverdam, Virginia, a medical volunteer in Honduras, a law document reviewer in Richmond, Virginia, and a media intern for the Worldwatch Institute in Washington DC. A month before joining the Wilderness Ranger Corps she backpacked across Italy where her favorite experience was WWOOFing on a farm in Tuscany. She is passionate about eating, cooking and gardening and hopes to pursue a career in food sustainability.
